How clever! Whoever thought of this deserves.......I don't know....but they deserve something. When the alarm sounds, the top part connected to a propeller flies off and the alarm will not shut up until this piece (which may end up all the way across the room) is returned to the base. This means that you have to get your tail up out of the bed to retrieve it. And if you think you're going to just get back under covers and press snooze, I don't think so! After 7 minutes the alarm will sound again sending the propelled section flying for a second time! I call that tough love, man.
This little gadget would just annoy me now, but this is something I could have used in college. There were so many times then that I hit the snooze button 3 times only to just say "Psssh....I'm not going to class today....I'm sleepy." If only I could have been forced to sit up and put my feet on the floor, I would not have failed English the first time around for missing too many classes. *sigh*
